1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AeroTrack EFB (the "App"), published by AeroTrack IQ LLC ("AeroTrack," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is a situational awareness and planning aid. It is not a certified navigation system, is not TSO'd, and is not approved by the FAA or any other authority as a primary or sole means of navigation. Charts, weather, traffic, airspace, TFRs, and NOTAMs shown in the App are provided for reference and may be delayed, incomplete, or out of date. The pilot in command is solely responsible for preflight planning, for verifying all information against current official sources, for compliance with applicable regulations, and for the safe conduct of every flight. Carry the charts, publications, and equipment your operating rules require, independent of this App.

3. License to use the app

Subject to these terms, AeroTrack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal or professional aviation use. This license does not permit you to redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or resell the App or the data it displays.

4. Accounts and beta access

AeroTrack EFB is currently in private beta, distributed through Apple TestFlight to pilots who request access. We may limit, delay, revoke, or end beta access at any time, for any reason, including moving a feature behind a future paid subscription. The App may change substantially, including features described on this website, before any public release.

5. Subscriptions and billing

If AeroTrack introduces a paid subscription, purchases will be processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit under Apple's own terms and refund policies. Pricing, trial terms, and renewal will be disclosed at the point of purchase. We do not handle your payment details directly.

6. Data currency and third-party sources

Aeronautical and weather data in the App is sourced from public providers, including the FAA (NASR, Aeronautical Information Services, the NOTAM API, tfr.faa.gov) and aviationweather.gov. We display the effective cycle or timestamp of data where we have it, but we do not control the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party source data, and we are not responsible for errors or omissions originating with those sources.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App in a way that violates applicable aviation regulations or other law;
Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or beta gating;
Extract, scrape, or redistribute chart, weather, or airport data served by the App outside of normal personal use;
Reverse engineer the App or its backend services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
Use the App to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or that of our data providers.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and the AeroTrack EFB name and logo are the property of AeroTrack IQ LLC. Underlying aeronautical data from FAA sources is US government public-domain information and is not owned by AeroTrack; our compilation, processing, and presentation of that data is ours.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA DISPLAYED — INCLUDING CHARTS, WEATHER, TRAFFIC, AIRSPACE, TFRS, OR NOTAMS — IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEROTRACK IQ LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR AIRCRAFT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY DATA IT DISPLAYS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or beta program at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AeroTrack IQ LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App and business evolve, particularly as it moves from private beta toward public release. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
